The Medical Arts & Research Building is located on the University of Connecticut Health Center Campus in Farmington. The four story, 99,000 SF building is used for clinical, educational and research programs, and is the home of the Musculoskeletal Institute and Ambulatory Surgery Center. The building is nestled into the hillside with upper and lower entry plazas serving adjacent parking areas. Additional site improvements included a pedestrian walkway and bridge connecting the Health Center's upper and lower campuses.
