As part of an overall Strategic Plan to enhance the School's position as a national leader in secondary education for boys, the Property Study formulated and identified the logical physical development for the historic 860 acre campus. The property was analyzed with respect to traffic, infrastructure and regulatory, ecological and environmental factors. Additional projects include: new student center, new field house, new performing arts center, restoration of the Pope Quadrangle and other misc. projects.
