The unique 36 acre property offered an opportunity to blend a new middle school, performing arts center, extensive athletic program and other multi-purpose community related activities into a functional, attractive facility. The site development included outdoor classrooms and educational programs utilizing a diverse habitat of wetlands and upland forest.
