The Waterford Early Childhood Learning Center and Community/Senior Center are part of a larger "community campus" for which Richter & Cegan completed a master plan. Integration of the site with the adjacent high school allowed separation of the Learning Center vehicular and pedestrian circulation from that of the Community/Senior Center. Two separate outdoor areas were created in the shared facility to allow the young and old to enjoy the site in the form of an outdoor classroom, playground and patio.
