Gary Guimond joined Richter & Cegan in 1996 and became a partner in 2007. A registered landscape architect in CT & MA with more than 28 years of experience, Gary's professional resume spans a wide range of public and private work in and around Connecticut. His specialties include sustainability, transportation and streetscape planning, parks, recreation and open space design, and educational & academic facilities. From his formal education and professional work experience, Gary brings a strong urban design and planning approach to each of his projects. He blends the hardscape program requirements with the natural characteristics of the site, creating a unique design appropriate to the project program and long term use of the site. Gary also brings a strong sustainable approach to each of his projects and has been a LEED Accredited Professional since 2008, and a SITES Accredited Professional since 2018. Gary earned a Paving Inspector Certification from the Asphalt Institute in 2022.
