Village of Pinehurst
Pinehurst, NC
Comprehensive Long Range Plan developed for the Village of Pinehurst, including conceptual studies to give simple visual representations for various land use and zoning strategies. Guidelines for signage control, pedestrian and vehicular circulation, architectural style and scale, as well as keys to identifying a pallet of appropriate, context-sensitive materials were also addressed within the final document. The Village Center is on the National Register of Historic Places with National Landmark Status.
