Master plan, design, permitting and phased construction of the over 100 acre park, located on the Connecticut River. At the north end of the park, the Community Center was a former brown field site. Phase One of the park included a lighted baseball field, athletic fields, picnic shelter, trails and other park amenities. Phase Two includes additional active recreation, public plazas, a riverfront promenade, community boathouse with event space, and public and emergency boat launch.
