Master plan, design, permitting, and three phases of construction for the historic 375 acre park on Long Island Sound. Park improvements included new vehicular circulation and new park entrances, beach/park trail system, parking, athletic fields, new bath house, renovated historic bath house and beach access and improvements. The project also included trails and landscaping as part of capping an existing landfill.
