This private residence was the renovation of a colonial house and the formalization of the garden spaces around it. An entry court welcomes visitors at the front. Stone walls and decorative wood fencing help define the court. Improvements at the back of the house include a raised terrace and pergola, an outdoor kitchen and entertainment area, swimming pool and patios, and terraced gardens along the back slope of the property. Extensive plantings help tie the different phases of the project together as a cohesive whole.
