The Hockanum River Linear Park provides over 15 miles of trails through the Towns of East Hartford and Manchester along the Hockanum River and its tributaries. Connections to larger parks and schools strengthen community access and expand passive recreation opportunities for both residents and visitors. The park system includes boardwalks, bridges, wildlife/natural habitat observation overlooks and trail systems with signage. River access is made available by canoe and kayak launches.
